Summary: my first ever HDTV, and what a first!
Pros: it’s simply Sony’s top of the line, with all the features you’ll want for a while
Cons: none I feel

My boyfriend bought me this tv as a gift for our 6 months anniversary and I am SO happy with it, I love it second to only him! The picture quality is gorgeous, the action smooth, and the colors are so vivid it feels like real life! My old tv was not 1080p therefore would have to convert any high definition stuff to lower resolution so my tv could handle it. This would usually ruin the proportions of the image of whatever I am watching, but this tv just rocks!

The Sony KDL52XBR5 lcd wont have this problem of conversion, never will render choppy high speed action scenes, and will never have me straining forward in frustration trying to see the dark scenes. The viewing experience I had was phenomenal and once I buy a surround sound system, our home will be the newest movie theater in town!

Buy Again or choose another: I think my boyfriend is really jealous of my 52″ sony XBR5 compared to his hehe
